WordPress Developer


  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Creation of websites using WordPress, including:
    • Knowledge of WordPress Filters, Actions and hooks
    • Creating or customizing WordPress Plugins

    • Setting up WordPress & WordPress themes
    • Customizing the theme files to reference the client
  • Backup websites using phpMyAdmin and cPanel as well as:
    • Importing/exporting the database
    • Changing PHP versions and PHP options
  • Knowledge of subdomains and setting up websites within them or sub-directories
  • Updating websites to the latest Theme version and WordPress version
  • Optimizing websites for speed



  • Tertiary qualifications in WordPress, PHP are preferred. Diploma accepted along with the portfolio


  • 3+ years experience in the industry or showcase expertise through the portfolio.


  • Strong backend WordPress skills with good knowledge of API and hooks
  • Intermediate/Advanced CSS3 knowledge including but not limited to:
  • Cross Browser Compatibility knowledge
  • Experience with Elementor, VisualComposer
  • Responsive CSS knowledge is important, i.e. @media
  • HTML5 knowledge
  • jQuery knowledge
  • cPanel/phpMyAdmin knowledge
  • Knowledge of customizing WordPress PHP files

Graphic Designer

Please note: A minimum of one year of full-time work experience in a design role is required.  This is not an entry-level position.

The Web and Graphic Designer will utilize their understanding of layout, typography, colour, and other essential graphic design principles to contribute to and support multiple client projects.


  • Work with Senior Designers to create and design corporate and marketing materials – web / digital/ print –  including websites, social banners, print collateral, ebooks, white papers, etc. for various B2B technology clients
  • Contribute to all phases of projects from research and ideation to creative development and execution
  • Assist with development and updates to website, social media creative, marketing campaign creative, marketing content, and print communications
  • Support branding strategies for clients
  • Ensure all work meets goals and maintains brand aesthetic and standards
  • Work closely with web developers to ensure completion of web projects (i.e. passing off packaged website design files to be programmed / managing expectations and timelines once the project has been passed on)
  • Support public relations and marketing team efforts in planning and carrying out promotional activities that need design support


  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
  • Proven experience of at least one year through full-time employment in a design role
  • Strong design and conceptual development skills
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media visual design
  • High level of creativity
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organization skills. This entails interacting with colleagues and clients; juggling multiple projects and priorities; maintaining and organizing visual assets, and meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Familiarity with current web development technologies and standards, including HTML and CSS a huge plus

Associate, Internet/Web Application – Content Management

Summary Of Duties

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Create and update website content using a web-based content management system (CMS)
    • Aid in conceptualizing creative solutions using available templates, components, and assets
    • Work closely with project managers to determine production workflow and resources to meet requirements and deadlines
    • Develop and maintain project documentation
    • Create/edit simple HTML content
    • Editing and publishing content on websites
    • Supporting team and end-users as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) through troubleshooting, recommending solutions and identifying opportunities to solve business problems
    • Provide regular progress reports

Advising on best practices and providing solutions when the business requires it



    • BA in Marketing
